Live each day as it is your last....I think that is why sometimes it is hard for me to lay down at night and sleep OR hard for me to sit down and do nothing when I get home from work even when I am so tired AND I do guilt trip myself when I let myself be lazy.
I think most important that one at the end of the day is to have that inner peace,no matter if you did not complete the things you set out to do.You can only do somuch.
